Brazed tipped tooling is designed to eliminate the high material costs associated with specialised tooling and is typically used for tough machining applications where standard tooling often fails.

Gandtrack offer a range of brazed tipped tools for materials such as titanium, hardened steels, and stainless steel. The carbide tip is brazed into an HSS body to save the high cost of a full carbide product and increase the life of the tool without sacrificing performance. Carbide tipped tooling can also be re-tipped (ground) when damage occurs.
