PCD polychristaline diamond tooling is used on carbon composite and other non-metallic materials where high abrasion resistance is required.

PCD tooling is comprised of synthetic diamond particles bonded to a tungsten carbide substrate. These types of products can be used on a range of workpiece materials such as carbon composites, rubber, fibreglass, carbon fibre and reinforced plastics.
